Call in to Secretary, Randi Abney, at (817)682-4415 on Sunday before event from 5pm - 8pm.
Call Secretary with Withdrawals by Thursday prior to event no later than 7pm.
Withdrawals after 7pm on Thursday before event will be fined $30.00.
After
Membership Event on January 14, 2012 membership dues of $150.00 for new
members or $100.00 for returning members must be paid before you will
be allowed to call in and enter an event. No exceptions!
Check
in time for Membership Event will begin at 1pm all other Check in time
begins 1 hours prior to event and ends 30 minutes prior to event. You will
draw for your draft at time of check in. Bulls will be drafted 30
minutes prior to event.
Example: Event begins at 2pm,
you will sign in between 1p - 1:30pm and draw your draft number. At
1:30pm drafting of bulls will begin.
